Well, here we are again, another blog on another fairly crappy day.
I was given some advice a while ago (from an old friend i could say) that recommended i try St. Johns Wort, for my somewhat ‘down’ states. So i bought some yesterday… Lady i asked about them said it might take 2-3 weeks to kick in.. hmm bottle says 1 tab 3 times daily, with meals… 40 tabs wont even last 2 weeks… MEH
