Hi there,
Been a few months since anything worthwhile was here.

Few changes of late, being a bit more social and going to the beach on Friday afternoons, great in the summer months, although the rain has been a good albeit humid change. Change of shifts from mornings to nights will probably have a big effect on how I look and deal with things. I might try and spend some more time to deal with this more than I used to.

Although, I’m sure nobody reads this blog.
